A few hours a M6.4 earthquake hit central Croatia (3 km WSW of Petrinja, Croatia, 11:59 UTC), officials have already reported at least 7 deaths and multiple dozens of injured.
A 12-year-old girl was killed in Petrinja, five people died in the nearby town of Glina and a seventh victim was found in the rubble of a church in Zazina.
Meanwhile, giant cracks were discovered in the area by frightened residents:
