Mysterious tremors have been plaguing Coral Gables residents repeatedly since the start of February 2015.
Yet, no one seems to have an answer.
The quakes are strong enough to rattle windows or a cup of coffee but not to crack it or spill it. Animals feel it strongly and run undercover. But are these tremors really small quakes?
Florida isn’t known for its fault lines but rather for its sinkholes. Coral Gables, Florida doesn’t sit on a fault line… So what is going on?
And this is not the first time it’s happening! Coral Gables police said it’s happened three times in the past three weeks. And it’s still a mystery!
A transformer or underground explosion? Or just the Earth groaning before the next giant sinkhole swallows another piece of Coral Gables?
