Strange sounds and loud booms in Southwest Florida: Trainings at Naval Air Station in Key West

Do not worry about the mystery sounds and loud booms you are hearing in the next days in Southwest Florida. They are related to trainings at the Naval Air Station in Key West. Army Officials say that they are flying jets over the Gulf. Due to the very dry weather conditions in the area, the sonic booms created by jets during exercises can travel farther than normal and thus heard on the main land.
