ST. LOUIS, MO – Residents in South St. Louis heard and felt a house exploding at around 10 p.m Tuesday night. Witnesses first heard a boom and then saw flames. The boom blew out windows and damaged sidings of two houses. Since the house that burned was empty since October no one was hurt! The previous renters complained of a burning electrical box.
Here some reports:
“We were sitting watching TV. And then we heard a boom, and it shook the windows in our house.”
“It was just an explosion, I mean, you can see that house. It’s completely burnt to a crisp. My whole side of my house that I just refinished is gone.”
