Bears can swim against strong currents and climb on trees, but I never heard about bears climbing rock walls like Alp goats. Look at these spider-man bears in the following video:
According to the uploader of this Youtube video, this family of endangered Mexican Black bears, was climbing a Santa Elena Canyon wall on March 21, 2014.
