Another rare Australian earthquake in New South Wales not being reported and apparently not yet finalised?

A 4.0 magnitude earthquake struck in New South Wales, Australia about 35 minutes after the large Japan earthquake on May 31 2015.

But the rare Australian earthquake was deleted, and then referred to the USGS for follow up.
