Giant cracks and monster sinkhole swallow 16 houses unexpectedly in Papua New Guinea

Huge cracks and a monster sinkhole sucked in and destroyed 16 houses last weekend, causing panic among Sepik River villagers and settlers.

Yes! Sixteen houses went down as the earth opened up unexpectedly in this swampy district of Papua New Guinea.

Before the massive earth collapse, people were woken up by the movement of the Earth shaking.

Then, the earth gave away within seconds, causing a large stretch of land to immediately sink in, creating huge cracks that destroyed houses.

According to news sources, this is the very first time that such a giant earth collapse has occurred in Papua New Guinea.

I am just trying to imagine the poor panicked settlers scrambling out of their houses within minutes as the earth shook. Terrifying!
