A massive explosion rocked parts of Houston early Friday, around 4:15 a.m. local time.
The powerful blast killed at least 2 people, shaked the city and damaged homes even miles away.
At least two people were killed in Friday morning’s explosion at a northwest Houston manufacturing business.
A fireball rose from the scene after the blast.
The blast shook much of the city, damaged buildings up to a half-mile away and left some residents at least temporarily displaced.
Thousands reportedly felt their homes shake. And even a ceiling collapsed in a nearby home!
A temporary shelter has opened for people whose homes were damaged.
Police have asked for help to look for human remains, body parts and other debris in yards and on roofs.
