This completely weird phenomenon was captured in the sky over Ballinkollig, Ireland on April 22, 2020.
And I thought they had stopped chemtrailing for a while.

Some call this strange sky phenomenon a solar halo with its parhelic circle, or horizontal circle at the same angular elevation as the Sun.
