Last Sunday morning, around 6:30 am, many people in Alexandria, Egypt reported seeing a strange purple/pink spot glowing in their sky.
Witnesses reports state that at first the strange glowing sphere was white and as big as the moon (most people first thought it was actually the moon itself). Then, it grew larger before disappearing suddenly in form of smoke.
One man described it as an explosion without sound. Another one said that there was white lights in the middle of it.
The phenomenon continued for nearly 5 minutes and have been seen in Alexandria, Marsa Matruh, Menofia and even in Libya.
