This is an impressive phenomenon!
Dangerous underwater sinkholes have opened up in Kenya, near the border of Bomet and Kericho, and they swallow up water and vegetation.
As you may have read it in this post, Kenya and other parts of Africa are facing severe floods right now.
Now, resident of Bomet County were treated to a shocking show of sinkholes that swallowed vegetation around it.
Sinkholes can be natural or man-made. They are caused by either erosion or underground water.
The video from Bomet strongly suggest that the sinkhole was caused by underground water that caused a siphon strong enough to swallow everything approaching.
