Harrisburg, the state capital of Pennsylvania cannot repair about 41 massive sinkholes, with some measuring more than 50 feet wide, because of money and fiscal problems. Permanently filling the craters would probably cost more than half of the Harrisburg’s $50 Mio dollar yearly budget. You said the USA were getting better?
