Is this sky event related to the combustion of a rocket? Or simply another giant fireball?

The bright trace is created by the combustion of the second-stage rocket and the two faint traces originate from the fairing wings as the “Proton-M” put the french communication satellite “Eutelsat 9B” into orbit from from Baikonur today at 01 : 20 ​​MSK.
