Thinking it was a car crash, Jay Sullivent rushed outside. Unable to find a wreckage he walked around his garden and stumbled upon a dark burned circle of grass with smoke rising from it.

When he approached, the lucky meteorite hunter discovered the middle of the crater was alight, with a pink rock in the middle.

The fallen meteorite was glowing red.
Meteorites are mostly iron which is metal. What happens to metal when it’s heated to extreme temperatures? It becomes red/pink. Turns black once it cools.
Never have heard or seen a red or pink meteorite! I thought they were all Black or metal looking.
