Repeated atmospheric river storms have produced record snow pack in the Sierra mountains. These repeated winter snowstorms have left California towns’ homes buried.

This crazy drone video shows multi-story homes completely buried in snow with another storm on the way with forecasts for up to 12 feet of additional snow. Travel across the passes will almost certainly be closed.

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort RECORD

This is a winter we’ll all be talking about for a long time to come.

Protect your home and car against devastating EMP, solar flare and lightning attacks with the best shield available today

Dodge Ridge Mountain Resort located near Pinecrest, CA, broke its all-time season snowfall record today on March 13 with 654″ of snow this season so far.

Dodge Ridge shared on its Facebook page:

“Records are meant to be broken! As of today March 13th we have officially broken our recorded all-time season snowfall record, previously set in the 10/11 season at 643″! Now sitting at 654″ on the season this has truly been a winter we’ll all remember for a long time to come! Looks like we’re going to need to rename the T-Bar!”

More snow is on the forecast for Dodge Ridge along with California’s other ski areas in the Sierra Nevada Mountains.

Lake Tahoe

According to the UC Berkeley Central Snow Laboratory at 6,900′ on Donner Pass, CA, which has been keeping precise snowfall records since 1946, the Lake Tahoe area has officially reached the title of third snowiest winter in recorded history as of today, March 13.

The UCB Snow Lab has seen 651″ of snowfall this season so far.
“Another 13.2″ (33.5 cm) of snow over the last 24 hours has taken us to the third snowiest winter on record at the lab! We now have 651″ (1653 cm) from Oct 1 to present.”

It looks like this season in Tahoe will easily end up as the #2 biggest winter in recorded history, with only 7 more inches of snow needed to hit that #2 spot.

Will Tahoe break the record this year?

The deepest winter the Central Sierra Snow Lab recorded was 812 inches in the winter of 1951/52. That’s exactly 161″ away, and Tahoe still has half of March and all of April to get there.

Before it’s too late! Stock up on iodine pills for the next nuclear disaster

And more storms are about to slam the region…

The following links feature products I recommend you to add to your preparedness plan to help and protect you and your family during an emergency:

  1. I love the new look, Manuel. As far as atmospheric rivers go, it’s all due to geoengineering and is PLANNED weather. Remember what Lyndon Johnson said in 1962 (the year I was born) “He who controls the weather, will control the world.” If they had that idea back then, think how much further it has evolved by now. Actually, you don’t have to think, just look UP. Then look around. Have any of us ever seen such weather extremes?

It feels like we are victims often times but to get the bigger picture, we must try to realize that this secret, tyrannical, rising dictatorship is moving along PRECISELY as God has ordained. You see, the devil is GOD’S devil and God allows, in fact INITIATES his behavior. I know it seems extraordinary and at times hard to believe but none of this recent turmoil has taken our Creator by surprise! He actually told us about it BEFOREHAND in His preserved written word. I know you’re probably growing tired of my going on about this on your substack but the Bible is TRUTH. I will take this time to thank you for allowing my unpopular opinion and worldview to continue on your channel. So many others have blocked me but you demonstrate your love of truth by allowing ANY and ALL possible choices to be heard. I believe you’ll be rewarded for that but I digress.

Every effort of the satanists high up in government offices throughout this world is to stifle the knowledge of God. But God ALLOWS this (obviously) – all according to His PLAN. We can see how far along this plan is and if we continue reading through the prophecy, we see that it doesn’t get any better but gets much, much worse. My advice to everyone that comes across my comments is to seek God NOW. There is coming a day in the very near future when I will suddenly and immediately have the ability to write or to talk about this snatched away from me! (see 1 Thessalonians 4:16-18)

In the meantime, there is a very sad and surprising reality at foot; most of those who don’t know Him have simply adopted somebody else’s worldview! They have never looked for themselves but have done themselves the greatest disservice imaginable and have not EXAMINED what they have been told their entire lives as to whether this is the truth! All I encourage everyone/anyone to do is to make an honest investigation for themselves. That’s all. The Bible is the most maligned, scorned, despised and hated book ever to exist! It has been criticized, banned, burned and trampled underfoot for centuries. Has any other book in history come close to this? No! Why? Because it is where the truth of Jesus Christ can be found and the ruler of this world – Satan – HATES God and the pinnacle of His creation, Mankind. Aren’t you at least curious about looking into it to see what makes this book so different?

Whomever you are, whenever you finally crack open a Bible, start in the Book of Romans and read it, really concentrating on what Paul (the author of Romans) is trying to communicate. When you come to a place where you simply do not understand, ASK God to show you. If you are sincere in your heart, He will show you and you will be saved. Simple, huh? The time is now and the hour is close. It has moved into the URGENT stage. Look at this world. How much more needs to happen before we are left with nothing? I say seek Him now. He will not disappoint.

  2. Makes sense. Heat attracts cold – cold attracts heat. So it’s now reversed as a cycle. Cold coming in. Sooner or later it’s reversed.

  3. When you can, get a cast iron skillet w/ lid, or dutch oven. This bread is simple & easy to make, made and served within 30 minutes.

    -5 cups flour, divided
    -3 Tablespoons active dry yeast
    -¼ Cup sugar
    -½ Cup olive oil
    -¼ Teaspoon salt
    -2 cups water, warmed
    -½ cup powder milk (optional)

-Warm up 2 cups of water to 110-115°f.
-In a non metal mixing bowl, add active dry yeast, sugar, salt, olive oil, powdered milk (optional), and 2 cups of flour. Mix well and cover with a towel, let dough rest for 10 minutes.
-Add remaining 3 cups flour to dough,
mix flour into dough, until it is shaggy and can be picked up and put on floured board.
-Knead dough, pushing down and spreading dough out, fold it over and repeat for 2 minutes.
-Return dough to non metal mixing bowl. Pinch dough into golf ball size pieces, or enough to fill the palm of your hand.
-Roll out dough pieces on floured board, until the thickness is around ⅛ in diameter (more or less, depending if you like a soft flat bread, or thin like a cracker).
-Heat up cast iron skillet w/ lid. Add olive oil in skillet. Add rolled out dough to skillet, cover, turn dough every 15-30 seconds, until both sides are a golden brown color.
-Set aside cooked bread and let cool. Serve with any topping you can think of (Peanut butter & jelly, refried beans, rice, pickled vegetables [Recipe above], dips, pizza/calzones, cheese, fish/meat).

This is a very versatile recipe, it is very quick to make.

Loaf bread recipe for another time.

If Snowmageddon, or any other disaster occurs, this can be a lifesaver. But what if you don’t have access to cast iron skillet? You can cook this flatbread over a grill with hot charcoal, a wood stove, heated lava rock, or a fire pit. A granite countertop can serve as a floured board, and a smooth glass jar serves as a rolling pin. But a non metal mixing bowl is a must (Enamal coated pots is ok). The reason is that metal killes yeast, so make sure you don’t kill the yeast. Save a ball of dough to rise the next batch of flatbread, repeat same steps, minus the yeast.

  4. When your 50lb of rice gets boring.

use 6% vinegar to pickle/ preserve garlic, peppers, cucumbers and onions. also fish. even if you no longer have the space, you can still use small jars in your car/ van while in the mountians waiting on the Lord.

    • We mix rice with sardines/canned mackerel/any fish we have (which may be seasoned with soy sauce/tamari sauce, sesame oil, fresh lemon, etc) and with vegetables. If possible, I create a rice porridge by pounding/boiling cooked rice with salt/Boullion and vegetables (preferably scallions/parsley).

I’d be bored of eating rice, eggs and cheese all the time if I were unfortunately one of 50cal’s canines. The supermarket eggs in the mainland USA Babylon (outside Florida Babylon) might be made of plastic/rubber.

What Is the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act?

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act is legislation that was passed by the U.S. Congress in response to financial

industry behavior that led to the financial crisis of 2007–2008. It sought to make the U.S. financial system safer for consumers and taxpayers.

Named for sponsors Sen. Christopher J. Dodd (D-Conn.) and Rep. Barney Frank (D-Mass.), the act contains numerous provisions, spelled out

over 848 pages, that were to be implemented over a period of several years.1
    Key Takeaways

The Dodd-Frank Act targeted financial system sectors that were believed to have caused the 2007–2008 financial crisis.
Leading up to 2007, lax regulations led to extremely risky lending practices, which caused a housing sector bubble that ultimately burst and

drove the global crisis, the need for public bailouts of financial institutions, and the recession.
Those institutions, seen as responsible, included banks, insurance companies, investment banking firms, mortgage lenders, and credit rating

Critics of the law argue that the regulatory burdens it imposes could make U.S. firms less competitive than their foreign counterparts.2
In 2018, Congress passed a new law that rolled back some of Dodd-Frank’s restrictions.3

    Understanding the Dodd-Frank Act

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act is a massive piece of financial reform legislation that was passed in 2010,

    during the Obama administration.

Commonly known as the Dodd-Frank Act, or Dodd-Frank, it established a number of new government agencies tasked with overseeing the

various components of the law and, by extension, various aspects of the financial system.

The 2007-2008 financial crisis is perhaps the worst economic catastrophe to befall the country (and the world) since the Wall Street crash in 1929.

Broadly speaking, it was caused by greed-driven behavior and lax oversight of financial institutions.

The loosening of financial industry regulations in the decades leading up to 2007 allowed various types of institutions in the U.S. financial services

industry to lend money in ways that were riskier than ever before. The housing sector in particular experienced massive growth that couldn’t be

The bubble burst, sending the banking industry and global stock markets into a downfall. It created the worst global recession in generations.

Dodd-Frank was created to keep anything similar from ever happening again.

The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act was intended to prevent another financial crisis like the one in 2007–2008.
    Components of the Dodd-Frank Act

Here are some of the law’s key provisions and how they work:

Financial Stability: Under the Dodd-Frank Act, the Financial Stability Oversight Council and the Orderly Liquidation Authority monitor the

financial stability of major financial firms. The failure of these companies (deemed too big to fail) could have a serious negative impact on the U.S.

economy. The law also provides for liquidations or restructurings via the Orderly Liquidation Fund. This fund was established to assist with the

dismantling of financial companies that have been placed in receivership to prevent tax dollars from being used to prop up such firms. The

council has the authority to break up banks that are considered so large as to pose systemic risk. It can also force banks to increase their reserve

requirements. Similarly, the new Federal Insurance Office was tasked with identifying and monitoring insurance companies that also felt to be too

    big to fail.14
Consumer Financial Protection Bureau: The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB), established under Dodd-Frank, was given the

job of preventing predatory mortgage lending and helping consumers to understand the terms of a mortgage before agreeing to it. This reflected

the widespread sentiment that the subprime mortgage market was the underlying cause of the 2007–2008 catastrophe. The CFPB deters

mortgage brokers from earning higher commissions for closing loans with higher fees and/or higher interest rates. It requires that mortgage

originators not steer potential borrowers to the loan that will result in the highest payment for the originator. The CFPB also governs other types of

consumer lending, including credit and debit cards, and addresses consumer complaints. It requires lenders, excluding automobile lenders, to

disclose information in a form that is easy for consumers to read and understand. Such an example is the simplified terms now on credit card

Volcker Rule: The Volcker Rule restricts how banks can invest, limits speculative trading, and eliminates proprietary trading. Banks are not

allowed to be involved with hedge funds or private equity firms, which are considered too risky. To minimize possible conflicts of interest,

financial firms are not allowed to trade proprietarily without sufficient “skin in the game.” The Volcker Rule is clearly a pushback in the direction of

the Glass-Steagall Act of 1933, which first recognized the inherent dangers of financial entities extending commercial and investment banking

services at the same time. The act also contains a provision for regulating derivatives, such as the credit default swaps that were widely blamed

for contributing to the 2007–2008 financial crisis. Dodd-Frank set up centralized exchanges for swaps trading to reduce the possibility of

counterparty default. It required greater disclosure of swaps trading information to increase transparency in those markets. The Volcker Rule also

regulates financial firms’ use of derivatives in an attempt to prevent “too big to fail” institutions from taking large risks that might wreak havoc on the

    broader economy.7817
Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) Office of Credit Ratings: Dodd-Frank established the SEC Office of Credit Ratings because credit

rating agencies had been accused of giving out misleading favorable investment ratings in the lead-up to the financial crisis. The office is

charged with ensuring that agencies provide meaningful and reliable credit ratings of the businesses, municipalities, and other entities that they

Whistleblower Program: Dodd-Frank also strengthened and expanded the existing whistleblower program promulgated by the Sarbanes-

Oxley Act (SOX) of 2002. Specifically, it established a mandatory bounty program under which whistleblowers can receive from 10% to 30% of

the proceeds from a litigation settlement; broadened the scope of a covered employee by including employees of a company’s subsidiaries and

affiliates; and extended the statute of limitations under which whistleblowers can bring forward a claim against their employer from 90 to 180 days

    after a violation is discovered.10

The Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act

When Donald Trump was elected president in 2016, he pledged to repeal Dodd-Frank. Siding with critics, the U.S. Congress passed the

Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act, which rolled back significant portions of the Dodd-Frank Act.

It was signed into law by then-President Trump on May 24, 2018.3

These are some of the provisions of that law, and some of the areas in which previous standards were loosened:

The new law eased the Dodd-Frank regulations for small and regional banks by increasing the asset threshold for the application of prudential

standards, stress test requirements, and mandatory risk committees.3
For institutions that have custody of clients’ assets but do not function as lenders or traditional bankers, the new law provided for lower capital

    requirements and leverage ratios.3
The new law exempted escrow requirements for residential mortgage loans held by a depository institution or credit union under certain

conditions. It also directed the Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) to set up standards for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae to consider

    alternative credit scoring methods.3
The law exempted lenders with assets of less than $10 billion from requirements of the Volcker Rule and imposed less stringent reporting and

    capital norms on small lenders.3
The law required that the three major credit reporting agencies allow consumers to freeze their credit files free of charge as a way of deterring

After Joseph Biden was elected president in 2020, the CFPB focused on rescinding rules from the Trump era that were in direct conflict with the

    charter of the CFPB.

In June 2021, President Biden, along with the U.S. Department of Education and support from the CFPB, announced plans to cancel more than

$500 million of student loan debt, which remains the subject of ongoing litigation. The CFPB has strengthened its oversight of for-profit colleges to

tamp down on predatory student loan practices.

The Biden administration has also announced its intent to reestablish rules against other predatory lending, such as payday loans. Additionally,

subprime auto loan practices will be addressed by the CFPB.
    Criticism of the Dodd-Frank Act

Proponents of Dodd-Frank believed that the law would prevent the economy from experiencing a crisis like that of 2007–2008 and protect

consumers from many of the abuses that contributed to the crisis.

Detractors, however, have argued that the law could harm the competitiveness of U.S. firms relative to their foreign counterparts. In particular,

they contend that its regulatory compliance requirements unduly burden community banks and smaller financial institutions, despite the fact that

they played no role in causing the financial crisis.2

Such financial world notables as former Treasury Secretary Larry Summers, Blackstone Group L.P. (BX) CEO Stephen Schwarzman, activist Carl

Icahn, and JPMorgan Chase & Co. (JPM) CEO Jamie Dimon also argue that, while each institution is undoubtedly safer due to the capital

constraints imposed by Dodd-Frank, the constraints make for a more illiquid market overall.1112

The lack of liquidity can be especially potent in the bond market, where all securities are not marked to market and many bonds lack a constant

supply of buyers and sellers. The higher reserve requirements under Dodd-Frank mean that banks must keep a higher percentage of their

assets in cash. This decreases the amount that they are able to hold in marketable securities.1

In effect, this limits the bond market-making role that banks have traditionally undertaken. With banks unable to play the part of a market maker,

prospective buyers are likely to have a harder time finding counteracting sellers. More importantly, prospective sellers may find it more difficult to

    find counteracting buyers.
What Is the Purpose of the Dodd-Frank Act?

Dodd-Frank is intended to curb the extremely risky financial industry activities that led to the financial crisis of 2007–2008. Its goal was, and still is,

to protect consumers and taxpayers from egregious behavior such as predatory lending.
Is the Dodd-Frank Act Still in Effect?

Yes, it is; however, its regulatory strength was diluted with the passage of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act

in 2018. Still, certain aspects, such as the bank stress tests it called for, are in use today. The Federal Reserve publishes stress test results

What Are Some Criticisms of the Dodd-Frank Act?

Detractors of the Dodd-Frank Act have argued that the law could harm the competitiveness of U.S. firms relative to their foreign counterparts. In

particular, critics contend that its regulatory compliance requirements unduly burden community banks and smaller financial institutions—despite

the fact that they played no role in causing the financial crisis. Several financial world notables argued that, while each institution is undoubtedly

safer due to the capital constraints imposed by Dodd-Frank, the constraints also make for a more illiquid market overall.21112
Could the Dodd-Frank Act Affect the Bond Market?

The potential lack of liquidity due to the higher reserve requirements under Dodd-Frank means that banks must keep a higher percentage of

their assets in cash. This decreases the amount that they are able to hold in marketable securities. In effect, this limits the bond market-making

role that banks have traditionally undertaken. With banks unable to play the part of market makers, prospective buyers are likely to have a harder

time finding counteracting sellers. More importantly, prospective sellers may find it more difficult to find counteracting buyers.
What Was the Impact of the 2018 Rollback of Dodd-Frank Regulations?

In 2018, the passage of the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act rolled back numerous regulations put in place by

the Dodd-Frank Act. Under the Dodd-Frank rules, banks with $50 billion in assets were subject to more strenuous capital and liquidity

requirements, but the new law in 2018 increased the asset threshold to $250 million. This change relaxed the regulations for smaller and

medium-sized banks. When Silicon Valley Bank collapsed in March 2023, observers argued that the lack of regulatory scrutiny on financial

institutions of this size played a key role in the bank’s failure.314
    The Bottom Line

The Dodd-Frank Act, enacted in 2010, was a direct response to the financial crisis of 2007–2008 and the ensuing government bailouts under the

    Troubled Asset Relief Program (TARP).

This law established a wide range of reforms throughout the entire financial system, with the purpose of preventing a repeat of the 2007–2008

crisis and the need for further government bailouts. The Dodd-Frank Act also included additional protections for consumers.

Although the Trump administration reversed and weakened several aspects of the Dodd-Frank Act, particularly those affecting consumers, the

Biden administration intends to reestablish and strengthen the previous reversals to protect individuals who may be subject to predatory lending

practices in industries such as for-profit education and automobiles.

  12. These signs of low intelligence you’re about to go through are present in healthy, normally functioning adults. Let’s get started.

    1. Lacking curiosity
The hallmark of low intelligence, lack of curiosity keeps people stuck at their present level of knowledge. They know just enough to get by in the world. They don’t ask questions and seem to be satisfied with where they are intellectually.

    2. Lacking intellectual humility
Intellectual humility means accepting you don’t know what you don’t know. Curiosity and intellectual humility are the engines of intellectual growth. The tendency in people is to believe they know everything. Yet, the more you know, the more you realize how little you know.

    3. Closed-mindedness
Being closed to new ideas, opinions and information keeps low-intelligence people stuck where they are. Closed-minded people have a tendency to confirm their pre-existing beliefs. Hence, they cannot learn new things.

    4. Not interested in learning
Low intelligence people mostly see learning as a waste of time. They don’t even have the intelligence to see how learning can benefit them. They stop learning when they graduate. High-intelligence people, on the other hand, accept that learning is a lifelong process.

    5. Not seeking novelty
Low intelligence people seem to have an aversion to novelty in general. You’ll see that they not only avoid exposing themselves to new ideas, but to anything new- new art, new music, etc. On the contrary, novelty is very stimulating to high intelligence people. They seek novelty to keep expanding their mind and to see things in a fresh light.

    6. Avoid thinking
Low-intelligence people avoid thinking when they can. They always need to be told exactly what to do and won’t use their own minds. They thrive in formal education structures requiring rote learning but lack street-smartness. Put them in a novel situation where they’re required to think on their feet and watch them crumble.

    7. Diminished ability to reflect on things
The ability to reflect on things is one of the greatest cognitive skills of humans. It helps us understand the causality behind events. Keen observation plus the ability to reflect have been the drivers of human progress.

    8. Lacking critical thinking
Critical thinking is difficult because it goes against how the mind works. The mind assimilates information as beliefs and then goes about confirming those beliefs. Testing the validity of those beliefs takes up significant mental energy. Yet, it’s the only way to get closer to the truth.

    9. Not changing their minds often
The rate at which people change their opinions indicates the rate at which they’re learning new things. While intelligent people change their position on things from month to month or week to week, low-intelligence people hold on to the things they learned years ago.

Having too strong an opinion on anything is generally a sign that a person is only looking at part of the entire story.

    10. Black and white thinking
Low intelligence people are masters of black-and-white thinking. They only seem to think in terms of opposites, ignoring the grey areas in between. Reality is often too complex to be interpreted in opposites.

    11. Lacking creativity
As they lack novelty-seeking, low intelligence people also lack creativity. Creativity doesn’t emerge out of a vacuum. The most creative people constantly expose themselves to other creative people in their fields. This way, creativity feeds on itself and produces beautiful things in the world.

    12. Lacking cognitive flexibility
Changing one’s mind often is a sign of open-mindedness. It’s opinion-flexibility i.e. not being rigid in one’s opinions. Similarly, cognitive flexibility means not being rigid in one’s ways of thinking. Cognitive flexibility is the ultimate goal of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy. The ones who develop it can significantly improve their mental health.

    13. Short-term thinking
Low intelligence people are consistently unable to overcome their desire for instant gratification. They frequently turn a blind eye to the long-term consequences of their present behaviors.

    14. Poor decision-making
We all make poor decisions from time to time. But low intelligence people consistently fail to weigh the pros and cons of their decisions.

    15. Unrealistic thinkers
The more in alignment a person’s mind is with reality, the smarter they are. Being out of touch with reality is a sure sign of low intelligence.

    16. Poor interpersonal skills
Being able to deal effectively with people is also a sign of high intelligence. Low intelligence people lack key social skills such as:

    Having a win-win mentality
    Being empathetic
    Good communication skills
    Having emotional intelligence
    Ability to deal with criticism
    Ability to understand sarcasm
Ability to see things from another’s perspective

    • Trying to reason with a Desantis supporter is futile. Never mind that Elon Musk (the Neuralink guy) endorsed Ron Desantis for president, yet RD is scolding Ukrainians for not worshipping EM. Seen on the article “Is Ron Desantis Flaming Out Already?” by David Frum.

Do you seriously believe these people are on your side? Or that FL will somehow be spared from Calif’s destruction?

      • Good point! Not one of the elitist governement ‘scumbags’ as you call them 50cal, are on your side. They both have an agenda, their fundraisers and don’t care about you… They just care about themselves and want the eople t make war to each others…

  13. Beautiful. Perfect ending to Winter. Nobody can peddle drought fear porn this Summer either. Spring quakes after thaw is my prediction. Right up in the mountains.

    • Horrible and demonic. I have very intelligent Christian family members in California, including an active military sibling. By calling this disaster “beautiful” you are wishing d. to good citizens just because you hate a certain region.

      • Sometimes you should ignore what he says… Because he often makes a generality of what’s not… He’s sometimes acting like how the powers want everybody to act. He’s fighting the people and not the system…

    • I oppose both parties so I cannot be a leftist 50cal. I don’t want FL to fall to the same fate as Hong Kong (a long time it was a “safe haven” away from mainland China, only to fall later on due to its pride and wealth). RD is turning FL into the next rage-filled, inflation filled Hong Kong which will absolutely be brought down alongside the entire USA.
