A day at the beach was ruined within minutes after a violent hailstorm explodes in Novosibirsk, Siberia.

All swimmers and beachgoers could protect themselves under umbrellas, avoiding the huge hailstones.

Look at the dimensions of the hailstones  hitting the beach and the water. They are huge! Almost baseball-sized hail. And feel the power of this furious storm in the following video:
