Animal Sounds: The funny noise of the Pacman Frog (Ceratophrys) will make your day!
Ceratophrys is a genus of frogs. They are also known as South American horned frogs and as Pacman frogs (large mouth and abdomen like the video game character Pac-Man).
Pacman frogs eat insects, but also small mammals (such as mice), fish, other frogs, and small reptiles. Sometimes, a large adult may even eat a grown rat. Can you imagine? And I am not done. These cute frogs are cannibalistic!
I believe if these frogs were big enough, they would probably eat us. Well, as explained by Wikipedia: “A row of sharp bony projections in their upper jaw makes it nearly impossible for them to release prey after taking it in their mouth, in some cases leading to death by choking.” So they should be really big to swallow us!
I prefer actually looking at this funny video and thinking that this badass pac man frog will remain as cute as it is! I love its little voice, its small scream, its terrifying roar!
