Another meteor shower or space junk re-entry? I doubt, after exploding, each became there own solid light and then started drifting horizontally away from the camera.

US Army parachute team “Golden Knights” could be the answer. US Army parachute team “Golden Knights” do night jumps (between 4-6 am) over Homestead Air Force Base as a part of a training program for their new members before Air Shows begin on April.
It happens every year during February and they finished their trainings exactly on this date February 11, 2016. Here a video of their night shows:
