Is Russia testing a new weapon?
Because we have here a clear signature of weather manipulation.
Photos posted online on May 18, 2017 show rare lenticular clouds seen over the city of Syktyvkar, the capital city of the Komi Republic, Russia, coming from nowhere.
The appearance sparked conspiracy theories about UFOs, chemtrails, and weather manipulation experiments by HAARP.
The strange, elongated and aligned clouds filled up the sky suddenly and ignited UFO rumors on Russian websites.
According to meteorologists, lenticular clouds are common in mountainous regions but rare in the plains. The rarity of lenticular clouds in the plains could explain why the appearance in Syktyvkar on Thursday baffled social media.
Lenticular clouds are typically formed when strong winds drive moisture droplets up the steep slope of mountain formations or other topographic barrier. These droplets then condense into clouds, creating these fascinating UFO-like shapes in the sky.
But in this case, they could have been caused by strong winds which set up a cold front, which leaves a cold pool of air acting as a form of barrier that pushes up moisture-laden air which forms clouds. Really?
This is weather manipulation going on. Yes, a very classic weather manipulation signature… and this tends to fool the ignorant among the masses because HAARP and NORAD can create what ‘appears’ to be a normal weather phenomenon anywhere they wish to do so.
HAARP is an acronym for High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program. It i a research program funded by the U.S. military in collaboration with some universities and the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) to study the potential of ionospheric enhancement technology in radio communications and surveillance.
But the HAARP project has become a sinister weather manipulations experiment designed to trigger natural disasters such as floods, drought, hurricanes, and earthquakes.
Is Russia testing a new weapon? Because we have here a clear signature of weather manipulation.
HAARP again? Are you drunk?
