An iridescent, multi-hued cloud phenomenon was recently spotted in the sky of Colombia, leaving residents mystified.
The spectacle in the sky was reported on September 28, 2017 aove the cit of Fonseca. The luminous cloud formation, really looks like an “end of times” scene.
This rare weather phenomenon is called “cloud iridescence.” The colorful luminescence is caused by the sun’s light being refracted by water droplets and ice crystals in the cloud.
On September 23, 2017 a strange pulsating light appeared in the sky over Jamundi, Colombia.
