For scientists, these are altocumulus clouds, all lined up in rows. Not unusual clouds, but they sure look pretty remarkable when they’re lined up in rows AND you have bright moonlight shining down through them and some city lights also reflecting off them! For some of us, these are HAARP clouds… But you never should say that!
