We were eating on our balcony in Bern, Switzerland, when my girlfriend suddenly told me: Look at the sky, there is a rainbow in the clouds!
I looked up and started to look for my camera to try to catch this really cool phenomenon. And here are the pictures I was able to shoot!
As you figure out watching these images, the sun was still up, and the sky was covered by weird, spaghettis or snake-like clouds.
Cloud iridescence is fairly uncommon and occurs when water droplets or small ice crystals diffract light (in this case sun light).
