  2. Insanity is a condition of the mind. Humans can be insane, and an animal can be rabid. But a cloud can not suffer from mental illness. There is no such thing as an “insane lenticular cloud”. Otherwise it would be possible to treat the cloud by dropping anti-psychotic medications over it until (1) its insane characteristics subside, (2) it commits suicide, or (3) it goes on a shooting spree.
